Attached please find the fix for:
6847877 [vermillion] myspell: add new language dictionaries
Besides uncommenting lines for new dictionaries, I also bring forward
the copyright line(SUNW_Copyright: %{name}.copyright) out of
"%if %build_l10n" block so that it won't cause "error-no-copyright" error.
