The attached patches fix doo #10912 and #10913 (aka bugzilla bugs
#565151 and 557553). In summary they:
- Add the Include, Exclude, and IncludeAll configuration options like
the old GDM had for controlling users in the Face Browser.
- Make GDM avoid touching the $HOME directory before pam_setcred.
Refer to doo and GNOME bugzilla databases for more details.
Fixing these bugs were a part of ARC requirements for the GDM Rewrite
case.
