Fuseki should depend on org.apache.jena:jena-core:2.6.5-incubating-SNAPSHOT.
A recent change in Jena (see: JENA-135) is now available to ARQ (see: JENA-145)
but not Fuseki since Fuseki's pom.xml specify <ver.jena>2.6.4</ver.jena>.
