Hi Rob, I'd like to understand better the reason why you want to have multiple
users run Fuseki on the same machine.
Fuseki is a server, as a web server: you run it once on a machine and people
will interact with it via HTTP.
It is the normal behavior for a server to create files which belong to the user
the server was running with.
Are you running multiple instances of Fuseki listening on different ports on
the same machine using different users?
