Use --port=1234 on the command line (Joseki or Fuseki).
The default for Joseki is 2020, the default for Fuseki is 3030.
In Joseki, the port is also the Java property setting of
org.joseki.rdfserver.port.
If your using the Joseki servlet, it's whatever the servlet gets made
available it.
