Sy rasa bukan macam tu... dulu saya ada baca satu statement dari Shell bahawa customer bayar apa yang sebenarnya masuk ke dalam tangki... sistem pam kita ni serupa je di seluruh dunia... dan semuanya di pantau oleh kerajaan masing-masing.
