Saya tak faham kenapa Encik Asid ni marah2.

Email tu cuma menerangkan jika dibiarkan potongan 8%, maka kena bayar
lebih income-tax. Maksudnya, bila keluar borang nanti, cepat2 pergi isi.

Yang bahagian Encik Asid kata "ni utk org yg pendapatan rendah", saya
lagi tak faham. Adakah maksudnya potongan 8% itu utk yg berpendapatan
rendah sahaja?

Silalah terangkan, terima kasih.
