As previously announced[1], we've released new versions of Jenkins today to fix 
a critical security vulnerability.

This vulnerability affects all previous releases: 
- mainline releases up to and including 2.31
- LTS releases up to and including 2.19.2

We recommend updating to the new releases: 
- main line 2.32
- LTS 2.19.3
