Respect name if non-empty is passed to DataBoundConstructor (#7)
Without this, when parameter separator is added from a pipeline script,
then for each job the name will be regenerated with random UUID and
preserved in job config. If you also have "JobConfig History" plugin
enabled it will show that the config is indeed changed for each build.
