evaluate ATX upload info for linking ATX reports
- starting with TEST-GUIDE 1.53.0 a success.json will be written after
each ATX report upload
- this response file contains an URL redirect to the filtered report
- redirect is resolved and used for linking the ATX reports in Jenkins
- parsing the TRF is not needed anymore, but kept as fallback
