JENKINS-49745: Better JS error handling
Now, if the agent statistic cannot be updated 10 times (~ 25 sec), no
further requests are sent - The user has to reload the dashboard page
before life updates are continued.
**NOTE:** This service has been marked for deprecation:

Functionality will be removed from GitHub.com on January 31st, 2019.
