JENKINS-55250 (#212)
* JENKINS-55250
Fix the issue of uploading external test result to ALM14 when using API key to
authenticate.
* Reduce the complexity.
* Output the error message and stacktrace while there is expetion happen.
Previously it was swallowed.
* Remove outputing stacktrace.
* Some small change.
* Fix the build issue found by codeclimate.
* Fix a potential issue.
* Fix codeclimate issue.
