ENTERPRISE-856: Basic support for Gerrit delta analysis.
origin_url and change_ref parameters are set and sent to the Codescene delta
api.
origin_url is set to GIT_URL env var which can often work - however,
we still need to provide a UI config field to override this
change_ref is only allowed to be customized via GERRIT_REFSPEC,
which should be set by the Gerrit Trigger plugin (user can set manually too
via "Parameters")

which is the value of the 'GIT_URL' env var.
