Legal stuff (#8)
* Added license file to make it clear this uses the default Jenkins license
terms.
* Added contribution guidelines.
* Specify that any contributions have to be licensed the same way as the rest
of the code.
* Specified license in pom.xml.
* Updated developers list in pom.xml.
* Fixed an unused import in the code that I spotted while doing all the above.
