Use bom 2.190.x, remove redundant version values
Switches from using the deprecated hamcrest-core artifact to use the
hamcrest artifact that was introduced with hamcrest 2.x
Uses dependencies provided by the parent pom and the 2.190.x bom in
all cases where those dependencies are at least as new as the
dependencies that were already listed.
