pom.xml: Add libvirt repository
This is a follow-up on 7cebb520fcc6 ("libvirt-java is released now").
As long as libvirt-java is not uploaded on Maven Central, use libvirt.org's
custom Maven repository.
This makes the build succeed without having libvirt-java installed locally.
