Deprecate JpiHplManifest
Populate Libraries within GenerateHplTask from a
ConfigurableFileCollection Classpath Input.
Deprecate the currently unused JpiExtension#mainSourceTree() and
JpiExtension#testSourceTree(). The sourcesets are already available on
the project.
