Migrate sponsors, slides and supporters to yaml files so they are outside the
templates (#4609)
* Migrate sponsors, slides and supporters to yaml files so they are outside the
templates
* more yaml yay. I couldn't figure out how to easily add random data in
awestruct so just did raw yaml load
* all the carousel links will be expand_link'd, but any full urls won't
get modified
I generated the html file once before and once after, and only saw
differences in the auto generated ids, so i think its safe change
Because of all the auto generated ids though, i didn't do a complete
directory diff
* Merge supporters into one big data file
