added optional vectorExport to migrationSource step
- vectorExport is now considered after the vectorGeneration as part of the
migrationSource step if exportDir is defined
- vectorExport now uses exportDir instead of dir as the path property. dir is
still supported for compatibility reasons
- added JSON to the documentation as a possible vector import/export format
