Finalize upgrade to Jenkins 2.361
The plugin is using a BOM and upgrading jenkins version requires upgrading
the bom artifactId and version.

Should fix JENKINS-67945 and JENKINS-69315.
It could happend when running on jenkins with pipeline-model-definition
1.9.3 and pipeline-model-api newer than 2.2133.ve46a_6113dfc3.
pipeline-model-api updated json-schema-validator from 2.0.4 to 2.2.14,
which had several classes moved between packages.
