Mark Maven plugin dependency as optional
Maven projects are registrable as Gearman function and that is covered
by a test which depends on `hudson.maven.MavenModuleSet`. But beside
that the code does not require the Maven plugin, thus mark it optional
so it can be removed on Jenkins instances that do not use it.
