Revert "maintain overrides from wrapped ProcStarter"
This reverts commit 824ae14289242aaab7070650298c374ca2c63e5a.
Most plugins do run `launch().cmds(cmd).envs(envVars).start()` passing the
whole environment they get from `build.getEnvironment()`
as a result this propagates the whole host environment inside container.
