[JENKINS-43939] Complete the implementation of SecurityRealm (#25)
* fire loggedIn event when the user is logged to save the
jenkins.security.LastGrantedAuthoritiesProperty
* Group details
* implementation of loadGroups methods
* it allow to identify groups that have users as external groups
it uses the granted authorities to identify external groups
