I've gone ahead and set you up as a committer, but as Jesse pointed out, I think it'd be good for you to first get more used to git&IDE before starting to push changes directly to the repository.
So I suggest you try a few more pull requests first. On 02/09/2012 07:52 AM, Stephen Bailey wrote:
Hi all, New to Jenkins. Wanted to start of with a simple fix to get my head into the project and to fix a small function we would like to use - JENKINS-7733 <https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-7733>. Have fixed the issue committed to my forked repo and created a pull request pull request here <https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/368>. my github ID is baileys as is my Jenkins wiki ID - however I cannot log into Jira for Jenkins - credentials not valid even though it says I should be able to use the same username/password? Any help on that would be great. Can I get the relevant access etc etc. Regards SB
