Jenkins code execution log

I am also trying to learn jenkis implementation.
 
To understand the code properly I need to get the jenkins execution log.
 
Any body can suggest me a methode to get the jenkins code execution log.
And, how I can view logs which I added in jenkins or in any plugins.
 
Please any body can send me the steps...
It will help for my study...
