Most SVN clients will try cached authentication credentials found in
%APPDATA%\Subversion\auth.

Running as a user this would be
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\

For services running as local system have a look in
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\

This might be different depending on your windows version.
