Lab manager plugin

I have a question regarding the lab manager plugin for Jenkins. In the
class LabManagerVirtualMachineLauncher, should the two methods
"launch" and "afterDisconnect" be synchronized? I noticed that a VM
may be launched in the middle of shutdown and revert.
