A health report is allowed to specify its own icon. if that health report
is the worst health report for the build then that icon will be displayed
in the health report/weather icon column.

Originally the idea was that the code coverage could be an umberella and
make the umberella progressively tattered for worse covereage. Checkstyle
could have 100% be a man in a suit and 0% be a chavv from essex (system
config to swap those for anny chavvs running jenkins ;-) )

I am somewhat disapointed that nobody has used this feature... Yet.

Greenballs uses a filter to map the requests for the stock icons to alt
stock icons. You need to dig into its code to see how, personally i prefer
grue means go (wiki grue as a linguistic term) so never use that plugin
