We have a multi-repo WANdisco setup, where SVN repos are:

  https://<host>/<replication_group>/<repo_name>

Keying authentication on host alone is... a problem...

One approach to resolving this would be to allow specifying of the
repository root and location separately - a common approach that you'll
see in the likes of Eclipse.

An alternative approach would be to make the subversion credentials a
property of the repository config within the job, rather than simply
global - perhaps with a fallback to the global cache if not specified.
