Hi,

The Configuration Slicing 
Plugin<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Configuration+Slicing+Plugin>might
 help you with that. It allows you to manage configuration settings 
for multiple jobs on a single page.
I think the UI still needs some improvement though. So YMMV.
