Hi all, I'll be giving a talk at BOSC 2012 (Bioinformatics Open Source Conference), at Long Beach in July, where it will be shown how you can use Jenkins CI to build Bioinformatics pipelines or schedule jobs (like Taverna, Galaxy, BioHPC, etc) in a PBS/SGE/LSF/etc cluster facility.
Do you think this talk could be included in the Jenkins CIA program? It will be a short talk + a poster, where I will explain what is CI, what is Jenkins, why is it a good idea to use Jenkins CI in bioinformatics, and a quick demo with some plug-ins.
