Anyone has an idea why https://www.jenkins-ci.org/census/ is not sending any 
cert anymore?
…ok, I changed it to http and in the browser it seems to work again, but with 
scripting access to generate the statistics still fails.
It was working yesterday, but since this morning its failing…
Has any one changed anything on the infrastructure of census?
