I have spoken to stisti about this on IRC, and as far as I have been able 
to make out, Jenkins would need an Apple "Developer ID", acquired by 
signing up for the Mac Developer program (at $99/yr) to sign the installer 
with.

I do have access to the Mac Developer program, so I should be able to 
figure out if that makes the installer 'just work', or if there is another 
way, like what Pratik posted.
