Build trigged even if no change found in git

Hello,


We have a lot of builds triggered even if there is no change found in git, 
the polling log shows workspace is offline, scheduling a new build to get a 
workspace.

I believe this is fixed in Jenkins git plugin version 1.1.12 according to 
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Git+Plugin#GitPlugin-Changelog. 
But we are still getting the same problems even with the latest version of 
git plugin installed.

I am wondering if anyone has the same problem?
