I did a presentation "Jenkins for One" as a lightning talk at a Denver Open Source Users Group meeting and did a screencast "Jenkins in Five Minutes". You could consider using them as a starting point, though I suspect you'll want much more than five minutes of material. You're welcome to use or modify them in any way you think will help promote Jenkins.
