Removed. I've been keeping eyes on it every few days and deleting stuff and banning accounts manually, but it's ongoing.
It also looks like there is a "bookmark" feature in Confluence they are abusing instead of the now removed "Blog" post feature: https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/.bookmarks
