Hi Sebastian,

I found some old information

This is the last major piece of the migration.

The subversion repository is being migrated to http://svn.jenkins-ci.org/

At this moment, it's synced with java.net and is read-only, but this
Saturday midnight pacific time, I'll make it writable.

The repository allows read-only access, and for writes it uses the same
credential as JIRA, Wiki, and Jenkins-on-Jenkins. For those of you have
been committing to java.net, your user IDs are already imported. You
just need to go to http://jenkins-ci.org/account and do a password reset.

If you already have a workspace checked out, you need to run the
following command to have it point to the new location:

   svn switch --relocate https://svn.java.net/svn/hudson~svn \
        http://svn.jenkins-ci.org/

so maybe your account already works with svn, just try it. The JIRA
settings need to be changed by an admin, but this is not so important
for now.
