How to get fixes from upsteam svnkit to jenkins svnkit fork?

Hi,

Upstream SVNKit just fixed a bug that I need fixed in Jenkins' SVNKit fork. 
How do we get the fix ported over?

FYI, this is the bug: 
jsvn update sets timestamps wrong
