Bold node labels - how do I pull the information using the API?

Want to determine where in the API I can pull the information that causes 
node labels to be larger and/or bolded. I searched high and low, and 
figured it'd be much faster to check with anyone who may already have this 
information. Please let me know if you can point me in the right direction.
