Hm. Ok. Well, how about just enabling the wiki and issues for my project in Jenkins? There are a couple that do have that enabled, so it isn't new territory. The ruby-runtime plugin comes to mind, as I recall. If I can't use the wiki and issues with the Jenkins-hosted org, I'll just go back to my original project.
