Hi all, I would like to fix [JENKINS-10590<https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-10590>], a typo in a Dutch translation, which was rightly given a priority of Trivial in Jira. Can I simply fix this without updating changelog.html, or is updating changelog also required for trivial issues?
