I just created https://github.com/jenkinsci/audit2db-plugin and you should have full access to this.
BTW, it just so happens that I am working on https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Database+Plugin, which provides an generic connector to the database. I think your plugin is exactly the kind of the target audience I had in mind.
If you are OK, I'd be happy to make the necessary changes to have your plugin use it.
