I can't reproduce the issue with jenkow-plugin, and AFAICT the code is
correct, given that the signature is "<T> Predicate<T>
Predicates.and(Predicate<? super T>)"
But nonetheless I made the changes as you suggested.

The AE plugin build problem was real. I fixed it and pushed it.
