Hi,

We've faced with a problem of overhead with our internal repository manager
(Nexus) ->
see
https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=fr&fromgroups=#!searchin/jenkinsci-users/mpapo/jenkinsci-users/UPbqu7Xoh0w/PdWg6pAFJIgJ
Since we've configure automatic tools installation in Jenkins (tools are
installed from Nexus) , Nexus is overworked.

This bug could be the root cause of our problem.
