Is it okay to release the cvs plugin?
There are multiple reports of the git plugin failing in conjuction with
cvs plugin - see
https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-16849
The problem probably also has also a git-plugin side, but it could be
easily be solved by releasing the cvs-plugin with the
mailaddressresolver removed:
