Hi,

I noticed that my IBM co-worker Royston was granted commit access recently 
in this thread ...

Actually he was even granted commit access to the repository I requested  
:-) ... https://github.com/jenkinsci/teamconcert-plugin

If I can't be granted commit access somehow, I wonder if the repository 
could be cloned from this public repository I created ... 
https://github.com/scowan/teamconcert-plugin

Maybe then I can be granted access?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
