I think I saw @jenkins_release tweet about that plugin yesterday (a couple of hours before your mail) and the plugin info is available on the wiki page. So the backend update center has definitely run on your plugin. It might just be your Jenkins that hasn't fetched the latest info from the update center yet.
If you go to Manage Jenkins/Manage Plugins; on the advanced tab there is a "Check now" button in the down left corner.
