I've submitted a pair of pull requests to fix issues in a couple of plug-ins but neither pull request appears on the Pending Pull Requests<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Pending+Pull+Requests> page. Is there anything special that needs to be done to get a plugin's pull requests to appear on the page? The plugins in question are the s3-plugin and the msbuild-plugin.
I've noticed that there are nine pending pull requests in the s3-plugin repository that date as far back as a year. Thanks!
