I have a strange behavior today with the RC 2 times I had to restart jenkins. There were several jobs supposed to be running but logs was frozen, I found no process on the server side and it was impossible to kill them from the UI ... They were like zombies, using build executors entries for nothing. I didn't investigated more today but that's strange ...
