Hello, I suppose that you could add such visualization to the Metadata plugin (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Metadata+plugin) via the "summary.jelly". I have such feature in the my wish-list, but I won't be able to do it till November :(
In my opinion, it could be a very flexible solution for many people.
